Our team has experience in historic compliant asset renovation, combining innovative new design and purpose with the importance of preserving historic structure and architecture. We participated in transforming this property in downtown Dallas from an early twentieth century bank building into a refined multi-family housing community.



The Laurels - Ft. Myers, Fl



In addition to our routine renovation projects, we specialize in restoration of properties impacted by natural disasters. Hurricane Ian hit the Laurels in October of 2021. Just one year later, our team has transformed the property into a fresh . Floridian community. The Laurels was awarded Redevelopment Property of the Year 2023 and was featured in Greystar's Design Trends 2024 publication.

Due Diligence





what we Do



DRS offers due diligence consultation for clients who are looking for experienced evaluation of a property but do not need long-term services such as contracting or project management.



Services Offered



Whether it be a newly acquired asset, or a pending investment, we will evaluate the necessary construction and property improvements. We then present a report listing those improvements, their estimated cost, and completion time scaled from what is required for occupation all the way to preferred additions for a luxury property based on our client's specifications.



Major Locations



We currently are operating due diligence evaluations in the states of Indiana, Texas, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, and South Carolina. We are happy to travel to any region in the United States to conduct these evaluations and reports for our clients.



Consultation



Meeting with the client to discuss the estimation of the property, the purpose of the renovation, and the intended profit return is necessary before the evaluation process can begin. Once we begin the process of evaluating the property those examinations and reports can be returned within a week to a month depending on the client's goals for the asset and the size of the property.
