Emma joined DRS after six years with Purdue University. During those years she worked with Purdue as well as several non-profits developing her experience in organizational and project management. Emma served as director of an Indianapolis start-up for a nine month term in 2020. Her experience in communication, organization, and quality control led to her appointment, successful directorship, and ultimately the expansion of the program into the Indiana State Library system. Emma utilizes her expertise gained from these positions in her role here at Dynamic Redevelopment Solutions as project manager focusing on quality control.
Most recently Emma has overseen the redevelopment of multifamily housing properties in South Carolina and Florida, particularly The Laurels Ft Myers, which was awarded Redevelopment Property of the Year 2023. In addition to her work across the Midwest, Southeast, and New England, Emma's past work in management and quality control has included global communications between Austria, Germany, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Australia. Her multi-faceted skill set includes presentation communications, detailed and researched reports, and fluid adaptability to unpredicted situations, all of which Emma utilizes as a DRS project manager.
